In this chapter, we first look at the definitions of relations and functions, and study real valued functions and their properties, types of functions, polynomial functions, zeros of polynomial functions, rational functions and their graphs, logarithmic, exponential, trigonometric and hyperbolic functions and their graphs. Letβs begin with the review of relations and functions.
